Seguros Catalana Occidente protects its customers with a free water repellent treatment

Seguros Catalana Occidente offers its car insurance customers who have purchased its windscreen guarantee the option to receive a free water repellent treatment through a network of windscreen repair specialists. The campaign involves applying a water repellent solution to the windscreen of the vehicle which significantly increases visibility in rainy conditions.

As the cold and bad weather approaches, more and more drivers become increasingly concerned with road visibility conditions. Therefore, Seguros Catalana Occidente is offering its customers free water repellent treatment for the fifth year in a row. In total, almost 9.400 customers of the company have requested this free service since it was first launched. 

The water repellent treatment typically lasts approximately 12 months or 20,000 kilometres, depending on local weather conditions. In addition, it protects the surface against buildups of dirt, limescale, dust, and mineral spots, which are washed away by the water. It also helps to prevent wipers from freezing. What's more, it is quick and easy to apply (20 minutes approximately).
