Commitment to sustainability

GCO has made the commitment of integrating into its strategy responsible and sustainable management in environmental, social and economic aspects. The sustainability policy establishes the framework for managing the business in accordance with this commitment and the Sustainability Master Plan is the road map for its development.

Governance bodies

Sustainability is fully integrated into GCO's organisational structure and governance system. It has the support and involvement of senior management and is managed and supervised through three committees with responsibilities in this area: Sustainability Committee, Audit Committee and Compliance Verification Committee.

International alliances

GCO adheres to the principles of the Global Compact and it is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals. It is a signatory to the UNEP-FI Principles for Sustainable Insurance and UNPRI Principles for Responsible Investment.
