Occidente launches “Todo, todo y todo sobre…”, a new editorial line on social media that gives voice to the company’s experts

Occident presents its new editorial line on social media, titled “Todo, todo y todo sobre…”, an initiative aimed at humanising the brand and connecting more closely with its customers and younger generations by giving a voice to the experts within the company. This initiative, which is part of the company's digital strategy, seeks to share useful knowledge directly and visually by leveraging the potential of TikTok and Instagram.

The new editorial line kicks off with two main thematic blocks: on one hand, the world of savings and investment explained by Occident’s financial consultants; and on the other, content focused on health and well-being, created with doctors, psychologists, and social workers from the company’s "Your Digital Health" service.

The videos are specifically designed for digital platforms, using a dynamic, visual format and a friendly, approachable tone. “We want social media to be a space where we can talk about topics related to saving and health prevention, all in a relatable language”.  And what better way to do it than by collaborating with the company’s own experts. “That’s why we chose TikTok and Instagram as our main platforms”, says Berta Solé, Director of Marketing and Communication at Occident.

An idea born of internal talent

This initiative originated from Xplora, Occident’s intrapreneurship programme, where the San Sebastián office presented the project “Grow with your savings”. What started out as a creative exercise evolved into a fully-fledged collaborative project, supported by Innova, Occident’s innovation department, and coordinated by the Marketing and Communication teams alongside the Life Insurance division.

The videos will be available on the TikTok and Instagram profiles of Occident (@occidentseguros), and will also be integrated into the Occident blog.  

A website that supports digital growth

In the first quarter of 2025, Occident's website recorded a 51% increase in visits, 40% more organic traffic, a 53% rise in quote requests, and 42% more contacts via WhatsApp. Additionally, 40% of the traffic now comes from mobile devices. Launched in 2024, the new website (http://www.occident.com) was designed with a minimalist visual approach, focusing on user experience, intuitive navigation, and a clear customer-oriented design.
