NorteHispana Insurance opens a new branch in Cordoba

NorteHispana Insurance opens a new branch in the city of Cordoba. From now on, the insurer will respond to the needs of its customers and network of mediators from its new location in Plaza de Colón No. 34, bajo, in a space of more than 350 m2.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the commercial director of NorteHispana Insurance, Juan Sánchez; the area director for Andalusia, Antonio Sánchez, and the director of the central area, José Bosch. Sánchez underlined the fact that the new branch will have more modern facilities, which will contribute to providing a better service and facilitating the work of the mediators

During the event the commercial director of NorteHispana Insurance indicated that the figure of mediator is key in the insurer's business model. “At NorteHispana Insurance we carry out analysis to learn about and improve our customer experience. All the indicators of this analysis tell us that the proximity of our network of agents to the customer, experience, professional advice and good service level are all key in the funeral insurance market, where the company is a sector benchmark,” he explained. 

Furthermore, the area director for Andalusia of NorteHispana Insurance emphasised the importance of the province of Cordoba in the company's strategy. Currently, the province of Cordoba represents 2.61% of the insurer's turnover with a volume of premiums of around €4 million.
