NorteHispana Seguros focuses its 2020 strategy on strengthening the growth and digitisation of its sales network

NorteHispana Seguros held its sales conferences in January to explain the company's strategy and objectives for 2020. The event, attended by more than 120 people among employees and managers from the sales department, also reflected on the company's highlights in the past year.

The Managing Director of NorteHispana Seguros, Augusto Huesca, highlighted the effort made by the organization during the year, work that has resulted in the consolidation of the growth of funeral insurance and the improvement of the insurance company's position in this sector. The Managing Director also highlighted the progress made in digitalizing the sales network, a goal that will also be a priority for this year.

In this area, Huesca explained the project NH Avanza, a plan initiated in 2019 and whereby the company's sales network can quickly price projects and consult policies with a tablet in real time, which helps to offer personalized solutions to customers. "Adapting to the digital environment is fundamental in order to offer our customers solutions tailored to their needs in a close, professional, fast and efficient way," he emphasized.

Meanwhile, the CEO of Grupo Catalana Occidente, Ignacio Álvarez, highlighted the good figures obtained by NorteHispana Seguros, as well as the growth experienced by Grupo Catalana Occidente during 2019.

Flexible and customizable services

On the other hand, the Commercial Director of NorteHispana Seguros, Juan Sánchez, looked back on the new products and services during the last year, highlighting the company's efforts to make new insurance solutions flexible and customizable. Sánchez highlighted the launch of different value-added services in 2019 focused on the area of health, a sector that is the most accepted by customers.

Among the key new services, the Commercial Director of NorteHispana Seguros highlighted the addition of a second in-person medical opinion in its funeral insurance, the online presence report added to the My Digital Legacy guarantee and the new home care service for customers that, due to a temporary illness, are forced to rest at home and cannot carry out their house chores in normal fashion.
