NorteHispana Seguros opens its sales office in Estepona (Málaga)

NorteHispana Seguros has opened a new sales office in Estepona as part of the company's expansion plan in Málaga province. The specific objective of the sales office, which is on the first floor of number 2 Plaza Mario Vargas Llosa, is to provide service and support for NorteHispana's network of agents in the region.

The opening ceremony, held yesterday, was attended by the mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, who was accompanied by several members of the NorteHispana Seguros management team, including the Sales Manager, Juan Sánchez, the Regional Director for Andalusia, Antonio Sánchez, and the director of Málaga branch, Alfonso Parra. 

In his speech, NorteHispana Seguros' sales manager emphasised the importance in the company's business strategy of Málaga province, as well as of the town of Estepona, where it expects to grow both the volume of premiums and the number customers. Málaga province is one of the most important regions for the company, representing nearly 2.6% of its total turnover with a volume of premiums of some 3.5 million euros. 

Sánchez also emphasised that the role of agents is fundamental in NorteHispana Seguros' business model. “Agents accompany our customers and know their needs at first-hand. They also have an exhaustive, in-depth knowledge of the product, making them an essential pillar of the company”. 

He also explained that NorteHispana Seguros is constantly working to improve its customer experience and to always give them the best service. “We believe this is a key factor in fostering a close relationship with our customers, which in turn facilitates the task of our agents", Sánchez emphasised.
