Occident brings Conde de Godó Trophy to the public with special event at CEM Tenis L'Hospitalet

Occident, through its Foundation, is organising a special day of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell – Trofeo Conde de Godó Trophy Tour, which will bring the tournament's iconic trophy to the Club Natació Sant Andreu, located at Passeig de Fabra i Puig, 47 (Barcelona), in an event open to the public.
Specifically, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., everyone who comes to the club's facilities will be able to see the historic trophy up close and take a picture with it, to experience one of the most prestigious tournaments on the ATP calendar first-hand.
This event is part of the tournament's Trophy Tour, an initiative that travels to different points in the city to take the spirit of the tournament beyond the courts of the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona-1899. The aim is to bring tennis closer to new audiences, encourage participation and strengthen the ties between the sport and the urban environment.
With this proposal, Occident reaffirms its commitment to promoting sport and the values associated with sport and exercise. Furthermore, the choice of Club Natació Sant Andreu is due to its solid track record in promoting grassroots sport in the area, actively contributing to the sporting and social development of its community.
Occident sponsors the competition for the fourth year in a row
Occident is once again the official insurance partner of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell for the 73rd Conde de Godó Tennis Trophy. At this year's event, which is to be held from 11 to 19 April, Occident will have a brand presence on and off the court, again naming the Fan Corner by Occident, an exclusive venue designed for the enjoyment of the tournament's supporters. The insurer will additionally have a booth in the hospitality area and run several initiatives to give fans a special chance to take in the tournament as it unfolds, including a social media competition for three pairs of tickets to share the full event experience.
