"With this agreement, the insurer continues to support the professional development of registered mediators in the province "
Occident and the Association of Insurance Mediators of Jaén have renewed their collaboration agreement to continue strengthening ties between both entities and promote mediator activity in the province.
The agreement was signed by Luis Miguel Ramiro, Occident's Director of Mediation for the Southeast Region, and Susana López, chair of the Association of Insurance Mediators of Jaén, at a meeting held at the association's headquarters.
Thanks to this agreement, Occident reiterates its commitment to professional mediation, a key component of its business model and its relationship with customers. The collaboration includes the joint development of training actions, outreach activities, and professional meetings aimed at fostering the exchange of knowledge and enhancing the qualification of registered mediators.
During the event, Occident's representative highlighted the importance of the mediator as an essential channel in the relationship with the customer: "At Occident, we firmly believe in mediation as a fundamental way to reach new customers and retain existing ones with quality proposals. This agreement with the Jaén association reinforces our commitment to being close to the mediator and supporting them in their professional development and in the sector's evolution".
The Association's chair expressed her gratitude for the renewal of this agreement and emphasised the value of maintaining stable alliances with organisations committed to mediation: "Having the support of companies like Occident is key to continuing to promote initiatives that add value to our mediators and strengthen their role within the insurance market".
With this renewal, Occident continues to consolidate its collaboration with professional associations of mediators throughout Spain, reaffirming its commitment to a model of proximity, trust, and professionalism that places the customer at the centre of its strategy.
