Seguros Bilbao strengthens its presence in Alicante, opening a new office and bringing its network up to 15 branches

"The new centre joins the branch opened last year in this province. The insurer thus achieves a twofold objective: positioning itself in the Valencia region and being closer to its customers."

Seguros Bilbao has opened a new sales office in the centre of San Vicente de Raspeig (Alicante). The office is located at Calle Manuel de Falla, 1, and aims to respond to its customers' needs.
 
For the Regional Director of Seguros Bilbao in Alicante, Miguel Ángel Álvarez, the new office is a sign "of Seguros Bilbao's firm commitment to brokerage". Israel Fernández is in charge of the new branch. 
 
"Brokers are a key part of the company's business model and, for this reason, in 2019 we focused on achieving greater efficiency, as well as increasing and strengthening our customer focus", Alvarez said. 
 
This opening ties in with the PROA programme, the career plan through which the company has trained its agents for over 25 years, and from which 50% of the professionals currently in the Seguros Bilbao network come.

The Valencia region has a prominent position in the Seguros Bilbao strategy, the company having 34 branches there (15 in the province) dedicated to responding to customers' needs. It also has more than 43,000 customers in this autonomous community, 15,600 of whom are in the province of Alicante.
